BLENDED BILLION FOR PLANETARY HEALTH
The THK launched the “Blended Billions for Planetary Health” pledge in 2020. This pledge aimed to get $1bn of public, private and philanthropic capital providers to use more and better Blended Finance solutions. This is key to mobilizing capital for people and planet and ultimately increasing investment in the Sustainable Development Goals over the next decade. To date, we have far exceeded our original goal of $1bn committed to the pledge, and we are proud to say that we have over 42 signatories.
